Going Green for the Health of it

Many people who don’t consider themselves as Green choose to consume only Organic and Natural foods for the health benefits.  What ever your reasons are, it is a win-win for your health and the environment.  Eating Organically, naturally, or locally grown foods are great but it is not an all or nothing scenario.  The following is information to help you decide what is right for you and your family.

    Sometimes it’s hard. I love soup. But it is hard to get away from canned goodness. I will try to find soup in boxes. And don’t even get me started on meats! Love meat! Sweet Sassy Molassey

      I here ya, I know that canned soup is such an easy quick meal. I have been making large amounts of soup in my crockpot and them freezing the extra in small individual containers. It takes some work but if the lack of BPA doesn’t sell you than the cost will. Soups really are very expensive. Good luck and let me know if you give homemade soup a try. 🙂
